Opened in 1989.

Here you will be able  enjoy the fresh delicacies of the à la carte menu inspired by the rich local Sicilian tradition. Il Palmento is surrounded by Sicily’s oldest golf course. For a refreshing drinks, guests can  choose the pool bar,  open in summer and perfect for a drink by the pool, while admiring the view of the volcano and the enchanting surrounding nature.
