Located on the south west coat of Sicily, The West Course offers a true test as soon as you step on the first tee. Long par 4’s to start your round and undulating greens, offer a variety of challenges. The memorable closing holes all hug the spectacular coastline. It’s a course golfers look forward to returning to year-on-year. Similar in character to the West Course, Verdura The East Course makes the most of Verdura’s rugged coastline. A course boasting one of the most spectacular and enjoyable holes found on a championship golf course, the new ninth hole. Both championship courses provide a memorable round of golf in a stunning location. The courses opened in 2009. In additional to the two championship golf courses, there is a  9-hole short course, the practice range facilities, pitch and putt and Golf Academy.

The resort’s restaurants and bars celebrate Sicilian cuisine with menus created from fresh organic ingredients complemented by a superb wine list. Verdura offers  four restaurants and five bars, each in their own special setting with terraces overlooking the sea of picturesque hills.  The choices include a Mediterranean restaurant, Zagara, with a stunning menu offering the natural ingredients available. Amare, is situated on the beachfront serving up local fresh fish. Other dining options include Liola, which offers Trattoria style food,  Granita, open all day for snacks and expertly made cocktails unique to Verdua, breakfast is served at Buongiorino offering indoor and outdoor dining, and the golf clubhouse, Torre Bar, which is the ideal spot for an after-round relaxed buffet lunch
